HOW MUCH DOES 1-1 ONLINE COACHING COST?
The price is £150 per month to have me as your full time coach.

IS IT TOO LATE TO START?
The simple answer is no! In numerous studies it supports the notion that ageing does not reduce your capacity to adapt to a progressive individualised strength training programs. You can still gain strength and muscle mass and all the other benefits that comes with strength training. It is more from collective negative beliefs and attitudes towards ageing that limits peoples potential!
WHY STRENGTH TRAINING?
I HAVEN'T DONE ANY WEIGHTS BEFORE CAN I DO THIS?
That is a positive!
DO YOU PROVIDE HOME WORKOUTS AND/OR GYM WORKOUTS?
I can provide both!
WILL I HAVE THE TIME TO DO THESE WORKOUTS?
Yes!
HOW WILL WE COMMUNICATE?
I will be available through email and the trainerize app daily.
HOW QUICKLY WILL YOU GET BACK TO ME?
During normal working hours I will get back to you within the hour. At weekends I will get back to you within 24 hours. In short as soon as I can!
IF I SIGN UP TODAY HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ME TO GET MY PLAN?
Once you have filled out your questionnaire and sent it back I will give you a basic plan to get started with right away to gather some momentum. Then the full individual plan will be sent to you within 4 days.
WILL I RECIEVE ANYTHING TO HELP ME WITH MY NUTRITION?
Yes we will find out a bit about your current nutrition through the questionnaiire then we will talk about how we will best optmise your strength training results through nutrition!
I AM INJURED AND/OR SOME NIGGLES CAN I STILL JOIN?
I am a sport rehabilitation practioner (sport physiotherapist), so I'm very experienced and qualified with dealing with musckoskeletal conditions / injuries i.e. back pain, shoulder injuries etc. We can work around long term injuries by modifying exercises and workouts. Strength training will likely help or sometimes solve your niggles and injuries, as it is one of the go to treatments for many muscoskeletal injuries/conditions.
